AGAFI – African Green Aspirers Forward Initiative (with a Vision - Living in Harmony with Nature for Infinity) is a registered CSO to work in the areas of Environmental Protection and Education, Biodiversity and Conservation, Ecotourism, Permaculture, Renewable Energy and Climate Change.
AGAFI as an organization of Green aspirers where its philosophy is fortunately related to the Greek word ‘Agafi’, meaning pure and holy represents our originality and commitment, a true call and dedication. Agafi identities flag high Creativity, Love, Not giving up, Serving others and always remain "Environmentally benign”.
AGAFI, since Jan 2023 have been working with Young and Aspired ( Age 10 to 24) Change Agents establishing Roots & Shoots Groups (Jane Goodall Institute Model- Care for Environment, Care for Animals and Care for Community) involving grassroots community members, bringing pragmatic results in contributing and sustaining livelihoods.
We are calling for organizations and institutes sharing common objectives to work together or lend hand in resources ( Financial, In-Kind and materials recyclable, reusable technological and digital equipment – write-off) and technical skills to chip in for our Green and Environment Benign projects designed targeting Grassroots local communities, refugees and displaced people in remote area of Ethiopia.
We have the leverage of practical and professional experiences, local leadership and knowledge of the context. Implement, share and multiply best practices.
